12 oz. thick-cut bacon
3 cloves garlic
1 T. smoked paprika
1 T. turmeric
1 t. ginger powder
juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper
blue cheese dressing
1. Cut bacon into bite-size pieces, render and save the fat. Drain on paper towel.
2. Saute onion and garlic in bacon fat, then add sprouts and spices. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add lime juice.
3. Add bacon in and saute until sprouts are done.
4. Place all on a plate and dress with blue cheese dressing.
